ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING - MONDAY, FEBRUARY 6, 2012
Members of North Alabama Educators Credit Union are cordially invited to attend the 56th Annual Membership Meeting to be held on Monday, February 6, 2012. Please note that the meeting location is different this year. The meeting will be held at the Huntsville Marriott (next to the Space and Rocket Center) at 5 Tranquility Base in Huntsville, Alabama.
Complimentary refreshments and a drawing for cash door prizes will be held. Total cash prizes of $2,150 will be given away including a $500 Grand Prize! The meeting begins with refreshments at 5:00 PM. Please note that all credit union offices will be closing at 4:00 PM on this date due to the annual meeting.

Nominating Committee members (Lomax Ballinger, Chairperson, Regina Patrick, Member, and Joe Mathis, Member) have nominated the following to serve a three-year term on the Board of Directors; Mr. Larry Sharp, Mr. Jim Miner, and Mr. Waymon Burke. Nominated to serve a one-year term on the Supervisory Committee are Ms. Vivian Mason, Mr. Nathan Miller, and Mr. Joe Ward. Written ballots are required for all elections except when there is only one nominee for the office. All elections shall be determined by plurality vote and there shall be no runoffs except in the event of a tie.
