All existing Bill Payment users have all previous payees and payee history available within the i-Pay Bill Payment service. IF YOU WERE ALREADY A BILL PAYMENT USER UNDER THE OLD SYSTEM: Enter the Primary Account number as the User ID and the last 4 numbers of the primary member's social security number PLUS the letter "a" as the initial password. Example: The last four numbers of the social security number are 5478; the initial password entered would be 5478a. Once signed in for the first time, another password will have to be selected. The new password must have at least 6 characters with letters and numbers included in the password.
IF YOU HAVE NEVER HAD BILL PAYMENT ACCESS BEFORE: Choose the "Enroll Now" tab and follow the instructions for a new subscriber. There is an option for the new enrollment that asks for the last 8 digits of the Debit/ATM card - new users can input "11111111" if they do not wish to input the info from their card. The i-Pay Bill Payment service is a free service for checking account members only. New users will have to read and accept the terms and conditions of i-Pay Bill Payment.
