CLICK HERE to view the demo.

CU-Online is now available! CU-Online is our Internet home banking product that provides 24/7 secure online access to accounts within the Credit Union. Members can now view account history, make transfers, apply for loans online, request check withdrawals, place stop payments, and download account history into either Quicken or Microsoft Money. (The three most recent versions of Quicken are supported). E-Statements and Check Images are also available through CU-Online at no cost to the member. E-Statements do require the Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the statements, click HERE for the Adobe site to download the free Adobe Reader.

The i-Pay Bill Payment service is also available without a cost to the member. The bill payment service is accessed within the CU-Online option buttons, so members do need to sign up for CU-Online to have access to the i-Pay Bill Payment service. A checking account is required for Bill Payment access. Any members needing help with setting up payments in the i-Pay Bill Payment service can call our main office at 256-534-2423 or visit any branch for hands-on assistance.

The full terms and conditions of CU-Online are available on the CU-Online link provided above. New users will be required to review and accept the terms of CU-Online prior to account access.

To sign up for CU-Online, either visit any branch office or utilize the new user registration available online using the CU-Online link.

PLEASE NOTE: When using CU-Online, your computer browser my prompt a warning box stating that "secure and non-secure data will be displayed, do you want to continue?". High security settings on various browsers prompt this message simply because they don't know whether a site is secure or not. CU-Online provides secure information at all times while on the CU-Online site. Please refer to the "ABOUT SECURITY" button on the bottom of the CU-Online page for security details. Members are STRONGLY encouraged to maintain anti-virus/anti-spam software on their own computers to reduce the possibility of spyware applications that could record passwords and key strokes.

To use CU-Online, you need a computer with a modem, Internet access, and a web browser that supports 128-bit encryption (such as Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or above; or Netscape Navigator 3.4 or above). If you do not have a browser that supports 128-bit encryption, your browser can be updated by accessing the CU-Online link listed at the top of this page.

IF A NEW WINDOW DOES NOT OPEN WHEN YOU CLICK THE COMPUTER IMAGE: Your internet browser is most likely blocking "pop-up" boxes. Either disable this feature while using CU-Online, or you can manually type in the CU-Online internet address http://www.cue-commerce.net/htcu/ and save the address as a "favorite" on your computer setting. You can cut and paste the address listed above but please do not click on the address as it will not be open in a separate window which is required for adequate security measures.

PASSWORD RESETS: Home banking password resets can be performed by one of two methods; (1) Visit any branch office to request the reset, or (2) email a request using the email link on the CU-Online Home Banking Login page. In the email, please include your name, email address that we have on record for your home banking, telephone number, home address, and a request to reset your password. (All of these items will be listed in the contact us box after clicking the email link).

We cannot reset passwords over the telephone due to security concerns. The Credit Union is responsible for the safety and privacy of your funds. If your account is compromised and funds stolen, the Credit Union is responsible for that loss. Our objective is to protect your accounts and prevent unauthorized access. We thank you for your cooperation in these efforts.
