North Alabama Educators Credit Union is required to have a correct mailing address for all credit union members. If your mailing address is a PO Box, we are also required to have your correct physical address on file.
If you are moving to a new address, please notify the credit union directly with your new change of address. For security purposes, we cannot change an address based upon a forwarding address provided by the Post Office. If we receive a forwarding address from the Post Office, a $2.50 "bad address" fee will be charged to your account. This is because our initial mail would have been returned to the credit union.
Members can use the Address Change Form provided on this page to notify the credit union of address changes. The form can be mailed in or dropped off at any branch location of North Alabama Educators Credit Union.
